Filming Police Officers, Probably Ok. Recording Audio of Police Officers, Probably Not.

“It’s generally legal to videotape an on-duty police officer in public, but in some states, recording audio of what an officer says can be a serious crime.” (npr.com)

Take note of my other post regarding GPS tracking.  There seems to be a trend, one that may be hard to reverse the deeper we get.  The more the Gov’t encroaches on our privacy, the less of an objective expectation of privacy citizens can claim, making it easier for Big Brother to encroach even further.
